"The City has been meeting with the design consultants, and general contractor on site to investigate the potential sources causing potholes and a sidewalk crack which developed during the cold temperatures, near the pedestrian cross walk section of the street. Once a determination has been made, the schedule set and the weather conditions improve to an acceptable range, these areas will be repaired along with the punch list items."

Old Lynchburg Road Safety, Sidewalks and Drainage Update
From City Engineer Tony Edwards:
"a majority of the new trees were planted prior to the beginning of the holidays. The remaining tree work will be performed once the best weather presents itself for planting in unfrozen and unsaturated ground. Any tire marks previously made in the soft topsoil during planting will be removed at that time. All of the remaining punch list items will be properly addressed as the weather and our scheduling permit. City acceptance of the all contracted work will be reviewed for approved after this list is complete."
