Here's a quick up-date as promised, for your FSNA meeting Wednesday. Aside from the right of way acquisition issues that you have been closely involved with, we have also gotten the revised right of way agreement forms from Va. Dominion Power for the overhead power lines that will be relocated over the FSBC property. This will be sent for their review & signature this week. The Sale of Property for the FSBC, right of way adjustment for the FSBC and to second reading for the Laurel Street closure, with a 5' wide pedestrian access easement are all coming up for reviews and approvals this month. Project movement looks good and we are excited about getting to bidding phase and then construction. Tony Edwards City Engineer, CFM
